Property Sales Executives

Duties
You will be actively involved in marketing properties, generating leads, attending viewings and selling residential properties predominantly to 1st time buyers and property investors throughout the Northwest.
Requirements
Must have full use of a car for work
Able to attend evening and/or weekend appointments when required
Key skills required
Extremely outgoing and energetic
Tenacious and persistent with a positive attitude
Ability to engage people and build relationships
Well presented
Excellent interpersonal skills
High Level of work ethic
Financially motivated
Experience
Some experience in either a sales and/or property environment would be advantageous but not essential. A dynamic personality and a positive attitude are prerequisite attributes for this role.
Remuneration
We offer an initial basic salary of £15K p.a with realistic OTE of £35K plus.
Working Hours
40 hours per week - Flexibility on working hours will be required.
